In what can be labelled as the longest title for a post here at void, I present you Sony Music Europe's site defaced by some muslim turkish hacker.

As of this writing the site is still up and running. Hackers out to delivered a message against the big record labels, or just trying to make a name for themselves?

I wouldn't blame anyone for trying to send a big-time message to major record labels. Maybe about current pricing, DRM tactics, quality of music that the labels put out... But, I think they're just trying to make a name for themselves.

"Look at us! We just took over Sony's website! Who do you think we should hack next!?"

Of course, that's just my opinion... I could be wrong!

This website hijacking, or as I call it 'e-jacking', is pretty dumb.
